Is there justice on broadcasting companies banning music videos?

There's been "banning" of music video's lately on the 3 major broadcasting companies in Korea, mainly SBS, KBS and MBC.

The firecrackers started exploding when KBS banned Rain's music video "Love Song" along with 2 other music video's Yoo Seung Chan's "Chemistry" and Kim Jang Hoon's "Ring For Me Once Again". They were called for "inappropriate" by KBS thus banning the music video's for what reason:

"Walking on the highway, dancing on the high way, walking in crowds in the highway, violating road traffic rules"

Yes.... Rain is violating road traffic rules and he is being punished for it.

Another bomb exploded when Lee Hyori's "Chitty Chitty bang bang" was banned by, yep~ KBS once again my friends for these reasons:

"Riding a huge truck without wearing seat belts, dancing on the road, violating road traffic rules"

Looks like the King and Queen are violating road traffic rules and they are being punished for it.

KBS ruled that it was "inappropriate scenes" I mean, It would have been better if Lee Hyori wore a seatbelt while driving that huge mercedes benz truck right? and Rain could have walked on the sideways instead of walking on the highway... then maybe perhaps Lee Hyori could have just danced on the grass side of the scene and not on the road. *shrugs*

It's not stopping there.

Also, despite being late in the game, Hyuna's change was slapped with a 19+ age appropriate viewership by KBS, MBC fired it with 15+, SBS made it free for all. It was a good thing it wasn't bad despite it's provocative dance moves.

Then there's the KARA's "Were with you" which sparked a lot of rivalries between the broadcasting companies. KBS no doubt banned it immediately and MBC re evaluated it and eventually banning it as well, why?

"Because the music video showed SBS' World Cup Campaign in the background and it was strongly indirectly advertising for the other broadcasting company"

It showed the strong rivalry between KBS and MBC on SBS and KARA is suffering for it. Now the music video will only be aired on SBS.

The latest addition to this mayhem is MBLAQ where their music video "Y" has been banned as well by no other than KBS while it passed on MBC and still being evaluated by SBS.

KBS ruled out that:

"The music video contained inappropriate scenes"

perhaps Lee Joon showering half naked? or Lee Joon crying while driving his awesome car, or Lee Joon pointing a gun at his cheating girl friend, or knock outing Seungho or maybe because Seungho was drinking Tropicana sparkling!

J.Tunes already expected this somehow and they are already making an edited version for the music video to be re-evaluated again.

With all these banning, These music video's aren't even banned because they contained "19+ scenes" or overly "provocative" skin revealing overly sexy content. They were banned for walking in the streets and because the music video was advertising their rival company.

Some people would tell KBS and MBC (cause they are the ones strongly banning, KBS in particular) to grow up while some would say... probably edit it for re evaluation.

But, are the idols receiving justice for this? I dont know... What do you think?
