[album review] Do you have something to say about G.NA Debut album?

We all know that another Cube family is about to debut this week, G.NA (Gina Choi). We've seen her teaser featuring Beast Doojoon and Junhyung.

Here's the teaser if you haven't seen it.



I know a lot of you we're jealous of how close Doojoon and G.NA together in that teaser. I will admit that I was one of them. :) Cube also release a full audio of G.NA featuring Rain called "Things I Want to Do When I Have a Lover" (애인이 생기면 하고 싶은 일).



When I first heard this song, I was like Oh My Gosh this is so good. The melody between two singers is wonderful. I feel like I'm always in love because of the lyrics. The lyrics says what I wanted to do with my boyfriend. I bet all of you do!. :) This is my first favorite track from her album. I put this on repeat yesterday and now I almost memorized the song :)

Have you seen/heard Beast Yoseob and 4minute Gayoon's cover of this song?

I also like their cover. They harmonies so well in this song. I also like how they bond in the video. I bet some of you who like Yoseob felt a bit jealous of Gayoon. Don't be, they are just having fun recording and we all know that Beast is close to 4 minute because they're both under the same company. Anyways, when I first saw this video, I can feel the support and encouragement that Cube family like 4minute and Beast gave to G.NA. Today July 14, 2010, G.NA release all the tracks that includes in her debut album.

The first song that I'm about to share to you is the one that is featured in her teaser titled "I'll Back Off So You Can Live Better" (꺼져 줄게 잘 살아) featuring Beast Junhyung.



This song is my second favorite song from her album. This song is a total opposite song of  "Things I Want to Do When I Have a Lover" (애인이 생기면 하고 싶은 일). This song is about 1 people who choose to give up someone he/she truly love just to give her a better life. How sad is that?! When I was listening to this song, I felt heartbroken. No wonder why Doojoon is crying in the teaser. I can't wait till Cube release the full MV of this song.



This third song is called Super Solo featuring Swing. In this song, I can feel the power of her voice.



This track is called Loving You. This song is very catchy. The lyrics are so lovely. A great song for those who are in love. "I Believe, always believe" is a phrase that catches my heart. This will be my third favorite track.



This will be the last song in her debut album titled 소문났어요. (sorry I can't translate this one) This song is a sad song. The song is about a complicated love. The melody is lovely yet sad. This is my last favorite track.

Meanwhile, G.NA is about to debut this weekend (?). Let's anticipate for her performance on stage. Show your support by buying her Album.

[video] Dream Concert 2010 Full Show

There might be alot of you who missed Dream Concert broadcast yesterday because of your personal appointments or you can't watch it live because there is too much lagging. So I am here to share you the whole show. You just have to let it buffer first then you can watch it comfortably. Does any of you can't even go to the washroom because you don't want to miss any parts of it? Then here's the video where you can pause and play when you need it too.

I personally missed a lot of it because my internet just disconnected while MBLAQ is doing their performance. In short I only got to see the first 30 minutes of the show.

[news] What is MBLAQ to Rain

From his heart , they are "just like little brothers"

Singer Rain gave his honest opinion about his juniors Mblaq.

The 27th of May on SBS "One Night/Live TV Entertainment", Rain talked sincerely "Mblaq are my little brothers" after the producer was questioned "What are Mblaq for Rain?". But this answer also revealed his mind about his ex-producer Park JinYung (JYP).

Rain said that "JinYung hyung and I are the same, he talked to me: "You'll impress me once you'll jump higher than me". He indirectly said that this is what he was praying deeply for Mblaq career.

Then, with a hearty laugh, Rain said: "I think I'm already beyond JYP" and "I told him on the phone that I can do vaulting horse".

Rain and Mblaq is really looks like they are brother. I feel that Rain is trying to be friendly and be a good hyung to the MBLAQ members. Rain is having his goodbye stages and let's continue to support MBLAQ with their new single Y.

Who deserves the kpop kingdom? King Rain vs Queen Hyori

All hail to the King and Queen of kpop industry: Rain Bi and Lee Hyori !!!

After being on hiatus for quite some time, they both make their comeback last April with new albums both of which has gained much attention from the fans, Koreans and International alike.

Rain who real name is Jung Ji Hoon make his comeback with ‘Back to the Basic’. After being recognized as one of the promising Hollywood actor through ‘Ninja Assassin’ and following his mentor footsteps as a producer by forming MBLAQ, Rain is back again to where he started and loved most: singing. This mini-album consists of 5 new songs and the title-track ‘Love song’ is a heart-melting ballad song which shows Rain’s powerful vocal and also dance steps. ‘Love Song’ also proved Rain’s talent in composing as he himself wrote the lyrics.

Queen Hyori on the other hand makes her comeback with a full album consists of 14 new tracks. Despite the controversies and information leakage, Hyori is showing us a new side of her through ‘H-Logic’. The title-track ‘Chitty Chitty Bang Bang’ is a catchy song with strong lyrics that is sure to make anyone hearing to just tap their feet along. The MV itself is showing us a new side to Hyori that we never seen.

Since their comeback, they have been battling it out in the music shows;

Music Bank (KBS), Music Core (MBC) and Inkigayo (SBS)

The results are variable. The king might have conquered some trophies but the queen is also doing strong by winning quite a few for herself as well.

Rain is making fans especially girls out there scream their lungs out with his love song and powerful abs while Hyori is making everyone to watch her and be fascinated with her new charismatic and confident concept in ‘Chitty Chitty Bang Bang’

Both of them have their own unique charisma that makes it hard to choose for me. But if I have to choose I personally think that Lee Hyori rules the stage with her powerful dance and concept.

However we must not forget King Rain also has his own charisma and not to mention his outstanding vocal skills.

Maybe it will be better if I let you guys choose which one of them is better.

Korea's World Star vs Hollywood stars

Korean World Star Rain is the first ever Korean nominated in MTV movie awards.

The actor singer is being nominated in "the biggest Badass star" category along side with various hollywood actors and actresses like Brad Pitt, Angelina Jolie and Tom Cruise. This is all thanks to his hit movie, Ninja Assassin.

As we all know, Rain have prepared so much for his 2009 movie, Ninja Assassin where he played the role of Raizo, a lethal ninja assassin. He must be really happy that his work and sacrifices are finally being paid off. And moreover, being in the same category with popular actors and actresses of hollywood must be a great honor for him.

"The biggest badass star" category is given to the star who portrayed the "mess with me or you'll die like the rest" attitude. If you have watched their movies, who do you think will win this category? Will it be one of the Bradgelina? Or will it be Korea's very own, Rain?

Korean Pretty Boys! too feminine or just misunderstood?

Im pretty sure you have heard a lot of people saying that Korean guys look too pretty, or they are too feminine or they look too much like a girl even going to the extremes and saying they look "gay"!

But are they really? or are they Just misunderstood?

So, let's look at the left side which is the "Korean guys are gay" side. As you well know, If someone who doesnt know about Korea or how things roll in there for sure once they see these pictures they will instantly say they are gay:


There is Heechul of Super Junior who is very attached to his feminine side, who likes cats and hello kitty! he also looks pretty with a girl get up and looks good dressing up as a girl!


Then there's Kkap Kwon Jo Kwon of 2am who is know for ssanti-ness and his reputation for being one of the diva's in Kpop!


Then there's Kevin of U-Kiss who claims he looks like Jessica and doesnt need people to tell him he looks like Jessica who also is confident with his feminine features.


There's Yoseob of BEAST who dressed up as a girl for "Mystery" MV and also knows as the cute one in BEAST.


Then of course the 5 men of SHINee who looks good dressing up as girls especially Key and Taemin.

Im saying this in a "Close minded" perspective of an ignorant by passer who saw this photo's.


There has been already several cases where especially guys comment on these guy's manliness. But are they really too feminine or just misunderstood?


If you ask me, they are just MISUNDERSTOOD. These idol's are only doing a "FAN SERVICE" in which a lot of noobs(ignorant) on kpop DO NOT KNOW and assume dead on that they are gay.

Are Korean guys really just pretty boys who look cute and has feminine features? or do they have something more to offer?


Yes they do, and this is the right side the "Korean Guys has one of the most beautiful packs of chocolates in the World" side!


There's world star Rain who everyone knows has one of the most beautiful golden abs in the World!


Also known as the little Rain for looking like Rain and also sharing similar skills as Rain also being one of Rain's guys is Lee Joon of MBLAQ who debuted with oozing confidence especially with his abs.


Of course, Taeyang of Big Bang despite his rather shorter height still has one of the most popular pack of abs in Korea.


Siwon in Super Junior who worked 5 long years in order to achieve this body that every man wants!


Also, new to the Abs department is Chansung of 2pm. Since only Taec get's the spotlight with his abs, Chansung is also starting to show his own pack of abs!



So you see? You can just tell your friends who are not fans of kpop or Korea to STFU once they start talking about korean guys being too feminine. Compared to American or Latin guys, Korean's are built with a smaller physique, that's why Korean guys are known for being CUTE!

Buy you know~ CUTE always gets the girls! ^^
