I know u guys already heard of bibimbap right? It's a popular dish in Korea and the word actually means "mixed vegetable on rice", sounds healthy! A simple dish in a bowl of hot rice served in a bowl topped with a variety of vegetables (cooked and raw) arranged on top. Vegetables can be seasonal, with toraji*, gosari**, bracken, bean sprouts, and spinach often served. Other ingredients can include chestnuts, jujubes, ginseng, and a small amount of seafood or meat. An egg may be also served on the top.
Most restaurants prepare the dish with a big scoop of gochujang*** and red pepper paste placed with the vegetables.

I tried doing this at home already and do you guys know what i did, I just mixed all the veggie left over that i saw in our fridge. Sounds icky? But it's YUMMY! ^_^ Try it! It's just easy! That's not all, i tried being a Korean wannabe eating some korean food at a stall/fastfood/restaurant and i first tried eating bibimbap since i saw Song Hye Kyo eating it in the drama "FULL HOUSE" with Rain. And to tell you honestly, it's delicious! As far as i can remember the toppings were strips of meat, cucumber, kimchi, onions ...??... i can't remember the others but one thing is for sure there's an egg on top. Hungry now? Make your own bibimbap, but if you really want the real stuff, go to any Korean food resto near your place and for sure they'll serve you a tasty bibimbap.

Suggestions:
If you guys want to make some of this at home, the mixed vegetables could be anything that you like. You can share one order with your friend but it only depends on how big the bowl the resto serve you, atleast you can enjoy more eating this popular Korean dish right? With a cold cola or red juice as drinks, i guess your meal is complete unless you still want to add a dessert, it's up to you. ENJOY EATING HEALTHY BIBIMBAP!
