Korea town need soondae? What is Soondae anyways?

Soondae is a Korean dish made generally by boiling or steaming cow or pig's intestines that are stuffed with various ingredients. Soondae can be made with seafood such as squid soondae (ojing-eo soondae) and alaska pollock soondae ( myeongtae soondae), but the most common is the one made of pig's intestines with cellophane noodles, barley, and pork blood in it. You can also put some perilla leaves, scallions, fermented soybean paste, glutinous rice, kimchi, and soybean sprouts.

Soondae is one of the street foods in Korea. There is one neighborhood that is dedicated to soondae. The neighborhood is called Soondae town in Sillim-dong.
