The Humorous Side Kicks of Drama

We all know about those characters, whether they be main or minor, who know how to change the whole mood of an episode. The ones that seem to never know how to act mature, but I believe that none of us are complaining about that. These people are the ones who cheer you up after shedding a tear because your favorite couple has just split over a tragic fight by just making one remark. I believe that it is time for these special, unique, people to be introduced to the world, instead of just being in the background.

First up, is..... Hongki who played as Jeremy from You're Beautiful, a drama that aired just last year in 2009. We all remember Jeremy and his positive attitude throughout the whole 16 episodes. He was always in a good mood and was always giving another reason to laugh and continue on with the show. I'm sure we all remember the apple scene when Jeremy drops his apple and when Go Mi Nam picks it up for him, he imagines her as the wild temptress he believed her to be. Also, who can forget the scene when he found out that Go Mi Nam was a girl. His little spaz attack causing him to be mumbling over and over and almost falling to the floor. He was a big help through out You're Beautiful and was a wonderful actor who I believe turned some of the sad scenes around.

Next is Kim Dong Wook as Jin Ha Rim from the 2007 drama, Coffee Prince. In this drama Kim was able to humour us all with his constant flirting with Go Eun Chan. Always calling her "My Chan" and saying about how if she was a girl, she would be his type completely. He always joked around with her and made funny comments at just the right times. Just like how he was telling her about what got him 'turned on' whilst washing dishes and then having an argument with Choi Han Kyul (Gong Yoo) that consisted of many, "AISH!"s and grunts from both men, which was sure to get people laughing. We all remember him for his funny and great way of handling some situations and so, to that I have to deem Kim Dong Wook as one of the Humorous Side Kicks.

There are so many more actors that are just as funny as these two are, but in my opinion, these two are some of my most memorable. I enjoyed every second of these two shows so much and these two just made it a bit better with their hilarious roles. So now that I have voiced what I think, it's time you say yours. Who are you favorite Humorous Side Kicks of Drama?
